Its molecular structure is similar to human sebum, resulting in a light texture and rapid penetration, allowing it to be quickly absorbed by the skin without clogging pores. As a high-quality skincare oil, it is especially suitable for dry and sensitive skin, effectively moisturizing and improving skin problems; it is also frequently used as a base oil in aromatherapy, providing a refreshing and comfortable massage experience.

Pressing Method

Compared to other methods, the oil extracted this way retains the raw material's unique aroma to the greatest extent, and has the advantages of being environmentally friendly and free from irritating solvents that could affect the skin. Its disadvantages include high demands on the raw materials, a low oil yield, and a less favorable cost-effectiveness.
Extraction Method
Extraction falls under the category of solvent extraction, utilizing the principle of "like dissolves like." It uses the principle of high solubility between similar structures to extract substances. Soxhlet extraction is suitable for extracting oily compounds from plants. Soxhlet extraction is applicable to solid-liquid extraction; its principle is to use solvent reflux and siphon extraction to extract vegetable oil from hazelnut kernels. It has high extraction efficiency and is the preferred standard method for grain and oil analysis in my country.
Ultrasonic Extraction Method
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction is a commonly used method. The principle of ultrasonic extraction is that the cavitation effect of ultrasound destroys cell membranes, accelerating the leaching rate of vegetable oil. The continuous vibration of the ultrasound also accelerates the precipitation of fatty acids, and the thermal effect of the ultrasound acts as a water bath on the raw materials, shortening the extraction time. Because ultrasonic extraction acts directly on the inside of the cells, it has high extraction efficiency, and is therefore frequently used in the extraction of vegetable oils.
