Premium 99% Ivermectin Powder Factory
YTBIO Ivermectin: Broad-Spectrum Antiparasitic Raw Material
Ivermectin is a widely used broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug. It is highly effective against various internal nematodes and external arthropods (such as mites, lice, and fly larvae), and has high safety for mammals. Originally used for animal parasite control, ivermectin is now widely applied in medicine to treat diseases such as onchocerciasis, strongyloidiasis, and scabies. Recent studies have found that ivermectin also has significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activities, thus showing good efficacy in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases such as rosacea.
YTBIO ivermectin raw material has a purity of up to 99% and exhibits high stability. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality ivermectin raw materials to meet your development needs in various fields.

Efficacy and Functions
1. Highly Effective Antiparasitic Effect
Ivermectin has a broad-spectrum killing effect against a variety of parasites:
* Internal Parasites: Effective against intestinal nematodes, respiratory nematodes, and filarial microfilariae.
* External Parasites: Highly effective against scabies mites, Demodex mites, itch mites, blood lice, hair lice, and fly larvae.
2. Anti-inflammatory and Immunomodulatory Effects
The anti-inflammatory activity of ivermectin has received attention in recent years:
* Inhibits the NF-κB inflammatory pathway, reducing the production of pro-inflammatory factors such as IL-1 and TNF-α.
* Regulates STAT-3 signaling molecules, reducing excessive activation of immune cells.
* Helps alleviate redness and swelling symptoms of inflammatory skin diseases (such as rosacea).
3. Skin Problems
For skin problems related to Demodex mite infection, ivermectin can indirectly reduce inflammatory stimulation and improve skin condition by reducing the mite load.
4. Safety
A randomized, group-based trial conducted in a high-endemic malaria area along the Kenyan coast, with high mosquito net coverage, involved 28,932 eligible participants who received monthly administration of ivermectin or albendazole for three consecutive months. Results showed that within six months of the first round of treatment, the incidence of malaria infection in children aged 5 to 15 years was significantly lower in the ivermectin group than in the albendazole group, with a 26% reduction in infection rate (the incidence density in the ivermectin group was consistently lower than that in the albendazole group in the figure).
There was no significant difference in the incidence of serious adverse events between the two groups, and no safety issues related to ivermectin were found, confirming its good safety profile in large-scale group administration.

Application Areas
1. Pharmaceutical Field
Ivermectin is commonly used to treat onchocerciasis (river blindness), strongyloidiasis, scabies, and lymphatic filariasis; topical preparations are used for inflammatory skin problems such as rosacea and demodicosis.
2. Veterinary Medicine
Ivermectin is used to kill internal parasites such as intestinal nematodes, respiratory nematodes, and lungworms in animals such as cattle, sheep, horses, and pigs.
Ivermectin is also used for systemic demodicosis, scabies, and chelicerae in dogs, as well as ear mites in cats.
Ivermectin is highly effective against scabies mites, itch mites, blood lice, hair lice, and fly larvae.

3. Topical Products
Based on the anti-inflammatory and anti-mite properties of ivermectin, it can be used in the future to develop topical care products for inflammatory skin problems and mite-related skin conditions.
