The amino acid profile is relatively low in lysine, the first limiting amino acid, but it is high in other essential amino acids, and the effective lysine utilization rate can reach 90%. The protein digestibility is approximately 90%, the biological value is 60%, and it is rich in sulfur-containing amino acids (such as methionine).
